HVAC financing · Florida only
Your AC quit in August.
Let's get it replaced by Thursday.
We finance one thing — HVAC systems for Florida homeowners. That focus is why our AC financing answers take about fifteen minutes instead of a week, and why we say yes when a general lender says no.
- Get pre-qualified for HVAC financing in minutes, not days
- Bad credit and no credit check options available
- Next-day AC installation across Florida in most cases
- Pre-approval won't affect your credit score

The process
One hot day, start to finish
Most Florida homeowners move through all five steps of HVAC financing inside twenty-four hours. Here's the honest timeline, with nothing skipped.
Tell us what broke
Name, phone, ZIP, and the system. No pay stubs, no uploads, no application fee — and nothing that touches your credit score.
Lenders compete for you
Your file goes to more than thirty HVAC financing programs simultaneously. Different underwriters, different rules — one of them is built for your situation.
You pick the payment
A specialist walks you through rate, term, and monthly cost in plain numbers, and tells you which offers are leases versus loans. You decide. Nothing happens automatically.
We hand you a contractor
Licensed, insured, Florida-based, and already vetted by us. We stay on the file through installation, so you're never the middleman between two companies.
Cold air
Most AC installations land the next day, subject to equipment at the supply house. You pay the contractor nothing up front — the lender does.
No credit? Rough credit? Read this
We don't ask what your score is.
We ask which lender fits it.
A contractor with one finance partner has exactly one answer for you. We have thirty. That's the whole difference — and it's why Florida homeowners declined for AC financing last week get approved with us this week.
There's no minimum score for HVAC financing here. There's a lender for almost every situation — the work is finding which one, and that's our entire job.
Never had credit
No-credit-check lease and Florida PACE programs weigh your home and income instead of a file that doesn't exist yet.
Rebuilding
Bad credit HVAC financing through second-look lenders that price for risk rather than decline outright. Often still no money down.
Fair
Where promotional terms open up — deferred interest and low fixed-rate AC financing programs come into range.
Strong
Zero-percent intro APR and long low-rate terms. Don't let a contractor talk you into a lease at this level.
A cool house shouldn't depend on your credit score
Florida summers aren't a comfort issue, they're a health issue — especially for kids, older adults, and anyone working from home. If your score is the only thing standing between you and a working air conditioner, that's a problem worth solving today, not in six months.

Specialists beat generalists
Most financing companies will fund a roof, a pool, a kitchen remodel, and an air conditioner — which means they know a little about each. We only do HVAC financing, and only in Florida.
We know which lenders will fund a five-ton replacement in August, which ones balk at manufactured homes, and which ones actually close on a Saturday.
You'll also never be handed off and forgotten. Whoever takes your call stays on your file until the system is running and the house is cold.
Reviews
What Florida homeowners say
"Approved in about twenty minutes on a Sunday, after two other places had already told me no. New system in on Wednesday."
Marisol R.Hillsborough County"They explained the difference between a lease and a loan without me having to ask. Nobody else did that. Saved me real money."
Dwayne T.Brevard County"No credit history at all and I still got financed. The contractor showed up on time and cleaned up after himself."
Ana P.Miami-Dade CountyHVAC financing in Florida, explained
A failed air conditioner in Florida isn't a comfort problem, it's a habitability problem. A full HVAC system replacement typically runs between $6,000 and $14,000 depending on tonnage, SEER2 rating, and whether ductwork needs attention — which is more than most households keep liquid. That's the gap HVAC financing closes, and it's the only thing we do.
What air conditioner financing actually costs
Terms across our lender network generally run three to twelve years. Homeowners with strong credit often land promotional zero-percent periods or low fixed rates; those rebuilding credit see higher rates but frequently still qualify with no money down. The number that matters is the total cost over the full term, not the monthly payment in isolation — a low payment stretched over twelve years can quietly cost more than a higher payment over five. We show you both figures before you sign anything.
Financing an AC unit with bad credit or no credit
Most contractors work with a single finance partner, so a decline there feels like a decline everywhere. It isn't. Underwriting rules vary enormously between lenders — some weight recent payment history, others weight income and home equity, and no-credit-check lease programs and Florida's PACE assessments barely look at a traditional score at all. Running one file against thirty-plus programs is simply a numbers game, and it's why homeowners turned down elsewhere routinely get approved here.
Where we finance HVAC systems
All 67 Florida counties. Our heaviest volume runs through Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Fort Myers, and Sarasota, but the lender network and the contractor bench cover the entire state, including the Panhandle and rural counties where next-day installation depends on local supply-house inventory.
Why we don't finance roofs
Because roofing, pool, and window financing have different lenders, different underwriting, and different install timelines. A company juggling all four knows each one shallowly. We'd rather know HVAC lending deeply enough to tell you, on the phone, which specific program is going to approve your specific file — and how fast.
Questions
HVAC financing questions, answered straight
Getting approved
Does checking my HVAC financing options hurt my credit score?
No. Pre-approval uses a soft inquiry, which other lenders can't see and which cannot lower your score. A hard pull only happens if you choose to move forward with a specific offer, and we tell you before it happens.
Can I finance an AC unit with bad credit in Florida?
Yes. We work with second-look lenders built specifically for scores under 620, and many of them still approve with no money down. Rate and term will reflect the risk, but a low score is not a wall — it's a routing question. We route you to the lender most likely to say yes.
Is there no credit check HVAC financing in Florida?
Yes. Lease-to-own and Florida PACE programs evaluate your home, income, and property tax standing instead of pulling a traditional credit file. PACE in particular attaches the cost to your property tax assessment rather than to you personally, which is why it can work when nothing else does. Both come with tradeoffs we'll walk you through honestly.
I was declined for AC financing somewhere else. Is it worth trying again?
Yes, and it's the most common call we get. A decline is one lender's opinion under one set of rules. We submit to a network of thirty-plus with different underwriting criteria, including programs that don't check credit at all.
What's the minimum credit score for HVAC financing?
There isn't one here. Our network spans no-score and sub-580 programs through 0% promotional offers for 740+. What changes across that range isn't whether you can get financed, it's which lender and on what terms.
Costs and terms
How much does it cost to finance a new HVAC system in Florida?
Systems typically run $6,000 to $14,000 installed, depending on tonnage, SEER2 efficiency rating, and ductwork condition. Financed over five to twelve years, that lands most homeowners in a manageable monthly range — but we'll always show you total cost over the full term alongside the monthly figure, because those two numbers tell very different stories.
Is there a down payment on AC financing?
Usually not — we prioritize zero-down programs. Some lenders require a deposit depending on the file. If that's the case for you, we'll say so before you commit to anything.
What's the difference between an HVAC lease and an HVAC loan?
A loan means you own the system outright and the debt is yours. A lease means the finance company owns the equipment while you make payments, often with a buyout at the end. Leases approve more easily and are sometimes the right call with thin credit, but they usually cost more over the life of the agreement and can complicate a home sale. Most contractors won't volunteer this distinction. We lead with it.
Can I pay off my HVAC financing early?
On most of our loan programs, yes, with no prepayment penalty — which is a meaningful advantage if you plan to sell or refinance. Lease agreements handle early payoff differently. Ask before you sign and we'll tell you exactly where a given offer stands.
Does financing cover ductwork, thermostats, and permits?
Generally yes. Most lenders finance the complete installed project, which typically includes ductwork repairs, a smart thermostat, permitting, and haul-away of the old equipment. If your contractor's quote includes it, we can usually finance it.
Timing and installation
How fast can I get financed and get a new AC installed?
Financing decisions typically come back in fifteen to twenty minutes during business hours. Installation is usually the next day in the major Florida metros, subject to equipment availability at the supply house. Rural counties can run an extra day depending on local inventory.
Do you do the installation yourselves?
No. We finance the system and match you with a licensed, insured Florida HVAC contractor from our vetted network. Keeping those separate means we're working for you on price rather than upselling equipment.
Can I use my own HVAC contractor?
In most cases, yes, as long as they're licensed and insured in Florida and willing to work with the lender's invoicing process. If you already have a company you trust, tell us up front and we'll try to make it work.
Eligibility and coverage
Do you finance HVAC for mobile and manufactured homes?
Yes, though the lender list narrows considerably — some programs exclude manufactured housing outright. Knowing which lenders actually fund these is exactly the kind of thing a Florida HVAC specialist knows and a general home-improvement lender doesn't.
Do you finance rental properties or only owner-occupied homes?
Most of our programs are built for owner-occupied primary residences. Some lenders will consider a rental or second home with stronger credit and income documentation. Mention it early so we route your file correctly the first time.
What Florida counties do you serve?
All 67. Volume is heaviest in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Orange, Duval, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Lee, and Sarasota, but the lender network covers the full state including the Panhandle and rural counties.
Do you finance roofs, windows, or pools?
No. Heating and cooling only. It's a deliberate choice — the narrower our focus, the better our lender relationships and the faster your answer.
Do you offer service in Spanish?
Yes. Spanish-speaking specialists are available by phone, and our Spanish-language pages walk through the same financing options in full.
