CoolCredit FL arranges financing through third-party lenders. We are not a lender, and we are not an HVAC contractor. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, or perform installations.

No guarantee of approval

Submitting a pre-qualification request does not guarantee financing. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lender and depend on creditworthiness, income, property, and other factors.

Estimates and figures

Cost ranges, rate examples, timelines, and payment figures on this site are illustrative and based on typical Florida market conditions. They are not offers of credit and do not constitute a commitment to lend.

Installation

Installations are performed by independently licensed and insured Florida HVAC contractors. Those contractors are responsible for their own workmanship, permitting, and warranties.

Any dispute regarding installation quality or warranty service is between you and that contractor, though we will assist in facilitating communication where we can.

Financing decisions rely on the accuracy of information submitted. Providing false or materially incomplete information in connection with a credit application may result in denial, rescission of an approval, or other consequences under applicable law.

Limitation of liability
